Remington is in the room. He would not get on the scale. It took My Cowboy and the nurse to set him on the scale; all 91 pounds of him. He has lot some weight which made us concerned too. However, the doctor said that he is growing into his adult body. Sniff, sniff, not our baby.
Remington did tell us what he thought about the place when he peed on the wall. I doubt he is the first though.
***Remington was not hurt in any way during the visit to the vet.***
It took 2 nurses and the doctor to give Remington his shots. They were all covered in Remington hair, ha!!
They even decided to shave the sides of his face under his ears to let the possible infection clear up. They are not sure what it is so they gave us 2 different medicines to heal it. All of his examinations and blood work showed a healthy boy.
He heard his momma telling him he was a good boy and he had to look for me. So cute. We think he thought we left him with these people but not us. We pushed our way in there. The doctors and nurses were so nice. They probably think we are crazy.
We have 2 labs also and they are some very big dogs! Our girl who is also a yellow lab, is 13 and then we have a 5 year old chocolate boy lab. Dad thinks he has some mental problems but I really think he is just a bear trapped in a dog's body. He weighs a good 130 pounds, he is huge!!! Glad that Rem is okay!
ReplyDeleteRemington is a lucky dogie to have such wonderful human parents!
ReplyDeleteGlad Remington is healthy! My cousin had to take her dog to the Aggie Vet a couple months ago when it accidentally ate some chocolate! So scary!
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious he peed on the wall! I am always so nervous my dog will do something like that!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful "little" thing!!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! What a beautiful dog!!!
ReplyDeleteI am glad that Remington is feeling better. I hate taking my pups to the vet. They hate it so much! He is a cutie pie!
ReplyDeleteYea Remington! Healthy, happy boy. I bet y'all weren't the first "parents" that had to be back there. I'm the same way with my kids.
