Should be working, not playing....
This weekend, PawPaw, Jacob and Jason were working on things around the PPR. After working hard that morning, they decided to take a break and play with guns.

Remington-6 months
Here he is Mr. Remington Triple H at 6 months old. He has been attending Daddy Training School and is a different dog. In this post you will see ALOT more pictures of Remington in the house. However, having Rem in the house means my allergies start acting up, ugh. He also had his first trip to the Play Pen Ranch. He was so excited and adventurous at first. He played in the pond, ran with the other dogs, checked out the horses and cows, and went out to the pasture and decided to roll around in horse poo. He was turning into a real ranch dog. Then he found his momma and laid down to relax by the fan. We were hanging out watching everyone else sweat. This ranch life is not for Rem and I. We like our AC and urban lifestyle. We love to visit but are happy when we get home.

This coming weekend we are heading to Crockett, Texas to the Williamson farm. Rem and I have never been there so this is another adventure. Jason and his brothers are getting ready for hunting season. This will be a great long weekend trip until I realized that it is the first weekend of college football. So plan A...watch it on TV. However, there is no cable. Bunny ears don't work like the use to. Plan B....go to a local sports bar to watch it on their TV. Dry county. HELLO, where in the world is Jason taking us. I have to figure out a Plan C and quick. Thank God I don't have to worry about camping outside. There is a house, beds, running water, etc. Hallelujah!!!!

What's happening with Us!
This week has flown by!!! I am terrible for not getting pictures of our baby boy on here and hubby has been taking care of things around the house since I went back to work. Remington went to Daddy Training School and has been doing great. Right now, Rem is in the kitchen hanging out without us having to tell him, "no", "stop" or "eh". We are hoping for a relaxing weekend before the first day of #3LL.....I mean school, HA!! Waiting for me when I got home was a bottle of wine so we are off to a GREAT start!!!
Get Well Soon PawPaw!!! Jason's dad had a little trip to the emergency room this week but he is doing much better.
Have a great weekend!!!

Wild Weekend!!
What a weekend!!! We haven't had such a busy weekend in a long time. I am ready for another weekend to relax but we did have some good times with family and friends.
Sorry for the lack of pics in this post as I have been a bit under the weather and if I don't do it, it doesn't get done....HA!
Friday, we attended Lauren's graduation party from SHSU. Lauren is a good friend and our neighbor. She and her husband Billy are in a previous post....the mini of Jason and I.
Saturday, we traveled to the Play Pen Ranch to celebrate PawPaw's 60th birthday. We had a great time seeing lots of extended family from Jason's side and our ranch family. Ms. Brenda, Pawpaw's friend, really out did herself. There was tons of food and a creative Cowboy cake, yum! I must say a good time was had by all. Oh and the best part was watching hubby fly off of a horse. Well, it wasn't that funny at first but when he jumped right up off the ground I knew he was OK (until the next day). Don't feel to bad for him, he was "horsin' around" PPR style.

Sunday, we actually slept in instead of attending church. We didn't get home until 2am from the PPR and I forgot to set the alarm. We did enjoy it though. That afternoon we went to the Farmers Market near downtown Houston. I love going to the Farmers Market. There is nothing like getting fresh veggies and fruit for a great price. Our garden has hit the big heat wave and is having a hard time producing as much as we would like to eat it.
YUM!!!!

Our baby boy turned 6 months old on Sunday as well. I will have to get updated pictures of Mr. Remington.
Happy 6 month birthday Remington!!!
On Friday I started back to work. I sure am going to miss hubby when I am gone but I know he is taking care of the homefront. Please continue to pray that he finds something soon. We appreciate it.

Aggie Gals Plus 3
Today I drove up to Home Sweet College Station to visit the girls. This was a special trip because I got to see the twins. It was even extra special because it was their 4 week birthday. Shayanne brought over the old skool fav, Wings N More. YUM!!
When I got to Melissa's I got to feed Natalie. She is so calm and quiet. Meagan is so dramatic.
Meagan and I. You can tell she is squirming
I know Melissa wanted a much needed break from the girls to relax but Shaylee came to play. Can a baby be going through their terrible 2's at 15 months?? YES, and her name is Miss Shaylee !!

Man, time sure does change. It was crazy wonderful madness hanging out with the girls. But adding a Williamson to the bunch might be T-R-O-U-B-L-E. Girls, get ready!!! And my luck I will probably have the BOY!!!
AND who can't go to Aggieland without stopping at Aggieland Outfitters for some Aggie memoribila, WHOOP!!!!! We are so ready for football season.

Class of 2009
On Saturday I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Master's degree in Educational Administration. In other words, now I can be a principal. The commencements were at 10 am so we had to get there early. My family came and hubby took some great pictures. Afterwards, we had dinner at Texas Roadhouse, yum!
Before the ceremony

Checkin' the hat and hair

We had to wait for what seemed like forever before everything finally began. I missed my family.

I made it through this once in a lifetime accomplishment.
Dreams really do come true.
Love,

I was suprised to see one of my students from two years ago. This little girl has such a sweet heart and is so intelligent. She is in LOVE with Mr. Williamson. They are like two peas in a pod. The family congratulated me and were so happy for my achievement. Here is a picture of Madison and I. I know in a few years I will see her graduate from MHS and I know I will be in the front row with her mommy.
