Weekend Wrap Up

This weekend was a hodge-podge of a little bit of everything. My Cowboy and I always have an outline of what our weekend entails so that it is very productive. However, this weekend was far from it.

Friday night-We ran errands around town and had dinner. This is always a good plan so that we can get everything we need to complete our projects. So it started off on the right track.

Saturday morning-It all changed by 9am. We were to head to the PPR to visit with Cowboy's family and to pick up some material.

Instead...

We went to the Matt Family Orchard in Hockley,TX. They have a Farmers Market on Friday and Saturday.

I think this may turn into a Saturday morning event. We came home to paint some signs for the garden, work on the garden, etc.

Sunday morning we finally headed to the ranch. While driving out there we spotted this car. I tried to get a picture but I was laughing so hard. This man was decked out with tattoos and a black hat. But that was just the start.

His car had a cow head on the front grill and silver glitter stickers all over it. The back bumper said "Lightning Struck...The Edge". Very interesting, ha!!

They are remodeling the house at the ranch so I didn't take any pictures.

Once we got home I took pictures of my garden signs.

"Bloom Where You Are Planted"

Remington got hosed off after going to the ranch. Stinky doggie.
He had to get ready for his picture, ha.

We hope your weekend was a fabulous one!!

  4. You were in our neck of the woods on Saturday. Matt Family orchard is probably about 15 minutes from me. Sad to say I have not even been. I'll have to check it out!
