Thanksgiving Weekend

The day after Thanksgiving we continued our family tradition of decorating for the holidays.

Hubby started by making breakfast. This is what I found when I went into the kitchen, eggs benedict and orange juice. YUM!

After a hearty breakfast, Jason and Jacob starting hanging Christmas lights outside.

SMILE but please hang on!!

I was the "Git It" girl. I had to run and "get" what they needed. I also was praying that they wouldn't fall. YIKES!

Boys playing around~Be Careful!!
Quit showing the peace sign and Hold On, HA!
The rain and darkness got to us so we had to save the rest for Saturday.

Thanksgiving 2009

Jason and I are truly blessed and thankful this holiday season. For Thanksgiving, we spent our time with my family.

I am so lucky to have my grandmother's together on Thanksgiving.

Mom and I. She really out did herself once again with all the preparations.

Mom took time away from preparing all the trimmings to get her hands on this sweet lil' turkey, Miss Avery

Avery was hard at work on this puzzle. None of us cousins every liked doing them. I guess that makes Aunt LoLo very happy that she finally has a buddy to make puzzles with.

This is lots of concentration, mom.

However, this made Avery's daddy very lonely. He was missing his baby girl...LOL.

Avery's mom loves the camera. Shanna had a great idea to take family pictures.
Grandma and her grandchildren and great granddaughter

Avery was getting a bit irritated with all the pictures. She wanted to do something else.

Jacob joined us for Thanksgiving. We love having him with us.

Six years ago on Thanksgiving night we met. Four years ago he proposed. This day is truly a day of thanksgiving for us.

Pre-Holiday Family Fun!

This weekend we had two wonderful people come to visit us, Jason's brother, Jacob and my cousin, Jenni. We always have so much fun together. Although I didn't know that if I brought out a camera that the true fun would really begin. I will spare you the 72 pictures I do have and show the good ones.

And the signature "Just Us" pic!!

Ha! I just realized all of these pics are in the kitchen. We were all over the house taking pictures, so silly. I can't wait to take more pics over the Thanksgiving holidays of yummy food and pretty people. We are excited to see Miss A. I wonder if her daddy will be there or will he be praying before the A&M and t.u. game, WHOOP!

Happy Thanksgiving Y'all!!

(I am watching Paula Deen-HAHA!!)

Beautiful Chaos

Life at the Williamson household has been busy. We have been having tons of fun which is long overdue.

To get you caught up, this is what's been happening on the farm.

Hunting 2009

Hubby and I went out to Crockett on opening weekend. We saw so many deer and we had our own to choose from. Unfortunately, the gun we had wasn't working to Jason's expectations so we got nothing.

We spent time doing this

And this....
We went out this weekend with the gun ready and NO deer. There was a baby fawn who thought I looked like I could be its friend and ran straight towards me. Oh my! Talk about scared to death. Jason saved the day and scurried the deer away.

While we scanned the woods, I did some of this....

Saturday morning when the woods were waking up

All taken in a deer stand, HA!

We won't be going out next weekend. We are in need of some good old-fashion time on the farm.

On Friday, mom and I went to the Nutcracker Market. We had a blast!!! I only got one pic of mom and I. We were having so much fun we didn't even think of taking pictures.

Check out what came out of the Williamson garden
Our larget eggplant ever!!!
The proud farmer....Love him.
Stay tuned for Remington's 8th month birthday on Tuesday. We sure have been missing our lil four-legged baby.
