Happy 11 months!!

Happy 11 months
Kendalyn!!!

February 6, 2012

Kendalyn,

Our sweet baby girl you are growing so fast.  We can't believe in less than a month you will have your 1st birthday.  It was last year this time that your room was ready and we were having showers to get things for you.  It was two years ago that we were praying for you.

You are something special little one.

What's going on in your world...

*You eat everything we give you.
*You crawl so fast
*You stand up and can do it for a few seconds.

*You can say....
dada, momma, Uff (for Remington), hi, hello, bu-bye, Ho ho ho, elf, horse, at, that, hat, this, got it, baby, ba for bottle, and you repeat everything we say

*You can sign...
      all done, more, and milk
We are working on plase and thank you

*When we say horse or you are on your horse, you make the clicking sound with your tongue.  What a good cowgirl!!  Daddy taught you that that is the way you get your horse to go.   You love your horse.

*You love you room.  We catch you playing in it so sweetly.

*You love to climb and you are not afraid of anything...the dark included.  You will crawl into a pitch black room...no fear.

You love to dance and to get into everything.  You make your parent's world go round.  We love you more than you will ever know.

And please forgive momma for not posting about your 10 month birthday or if I missed anything.  You are one busy lady  ; )   Mwah!!

Busy with some helpful hints

Man, time sure does fly when you have a busy toddler  infant.  I feel like our little precious one is always on the go and she isn't walking yet.  People keep saying "what till she is walking" well, man we already have doors shut to different rooms and cabinets securely locked, what more can she get into.  I feel like all  I say is "Kendalyn where are you?" or to hubby "where's your kid?".

Our girl is turning 11 months old next week.  I haven't even posted things from her being 10 months old.  We are in party planning mode for the huge 1st birthday event, HAHA!!  Not really but it feels like it.

So we are busy or lazy after chasing the babe....I don't want to sound like a pity party because everyone is "Occupied with Life"  ; ) Blah Blah!  But we love it.  These moments don't last forever.
With that being said I have made some organizing purchases around the house and some of them came from

And no I am not an independent consultant or getting paid to say this

They have some really neat products that has just begun to get this momma organized, HA!

I've also come across two FREE apps that I think are great!

It's a family planner.  It gives reminders, shopping lists, meal ideas and much more.  It even sends emails to hubby to remind him of different things we have going on.  He is going to love that !!!

And

This app tells you where the clean bathrooms are.  Hello, the answer to my prayers!!!  A girl has to know, right??!!  : )

So there you have it...some tidbits from this "busy" gal.  Enjoy!

Aggie Gals Plus 5!!

Circa 2002, we were three college girls at Texas A&M going to school and trying to get through finals, dating, break-ups, Dr. Viruru (an awesome professor we each had a couple of times), Saturday game days, and the list goes on and on.  Graduation hit and we went our separate ways but always managed to stay in touch.

One left to live out of state, one got married, and the other ...continued her college life, HAHA!!!  I can say that...it was ME   ; )
We met back up in 2007 and began a tradition of seeing each other at Christmas and during the summer.

Three Gals
Sidenote:  Why am I always in the middle??!!!  Must be because these two always have to bring me back down to Earth, HA!!

Plus 5!!!

Wow, things change  : )

Kendalyn and I took a trip to Aggieland.  It was a chance to get me down to my roots.  Oh those gals do it the best.  Kendalyn got a short tour of where mommy lived.  We drove in during naptime and out during naptime so she didn't get the campus tour  ; )

These girls played hard.
 Kendalyn and Shaylee

Shaylee read to all the kids

Natalie in the dress up house.  This is the best toy ever for those times children want to write on the wall.  Can't wait to get one for Miss K

It's never too early to learn your shapes.  I hope Kendalyn was a good student  : )

And then...the kids get into MAKE-UP

 Shaylee and Meagan
I think we have a few more lessons to go on Make-Up 101

 Feeding time, HA!!

This picture of Meagan reminds me of the closing of Hee Haw (maybe) where they come out of the windows to tell jokes and say good-bye  (And I only saw Hee Haw in syndication)

Time for a nap.
Shelbee, Shaylee, Kendalyn, Meagan and Natalie

I can't wait to see the girls again.  We always have a great time.  I think we might take a trip this spring to give Kendalyn the tour of campus.

So there you have it...another first-Kendalyn's First trip to Aggieland

Christmas 2011-Part 3

Christmas morning was beyond a blessing.  Little Miss K oooooed and ahhhhed over everything she saw.

She enjoyed seeing her toys.

She loved playing with everything.

Sweet baby taking care of her sweet baby.  The stroller helps her to learn how to walk.  She loves it and is always on the go but she does not like getting stuck against furniture or having anything in her way, HA!!

She loved opening her presents.

Our First Christmas as a family of 3!

And then we spent the afternoon snuggling our girl.  Who unfortunately started to run a fever.
We were THOSE parents calling the doctor on Christmas evening.  Her fever broke that morning.  Daddy and I enjoyed the cuddles....selfishly.

We loved our first Christmas together.  We can't wait to see what the year holds.
