Fun in a Box

We received a package in the mail with the best toy ever!

The box!!!

Kendalyn had so much fun.

It's the little things that make one smile!!

Pumpkin Patch 2013

We ventured out to the pumpkin patch near our house for some pictures.  It was a Sunday afternoon and it had rained like crazy.  We managed to get some awesome pictures of our lil pumpkin!

Love the old tractor

She loved driving too

The train rides were a blast.

Love this face.

Train rides are serious business

Helping daddy pick out pumpkins.

The best part... Roasting pumpkin seeds. Yum!!

Deer Season Prep 2013

Going to the country house is always a blast!  We had to get everything ready for deer season 2013!

Cowboy and Kendalyn had been out there already so I just stood back and watched the two interact.

They are like two peas in a pod.

They always have a blast together.

It was also around our anniversary date.  We have changed so much in 7 years but the love is stronger than ever! (Awwww)

This is an updated version of Kendalyn's stinker face she always did as a baby.

Then she saw a hawk.

Kendalyn picture overload.!  This may be one of the reasons why are blog has been neglected.  There is always a crazy face picture more than a pretty one.  Oh well, that's a two year old. Enjoy!

She loved hanging out in the deer stand. I think next year daddy will have a hunting buddy.

Love our family time!

A trip to the museum

We got our annual membership renewed for the Houston Museum of Natural Science. We love coming to explore and have been members since Kendalyn was in the womb.  It's neat to carry the tradition.

The dinosaur exhibit has been redone and we all loved it.

Kendalyn is obsessed with science so it was awesome to see her reaction.

We explored the energy exhibit and the geology exhibit.  Kendalyn was in heaven and I had to remember my edumacation from college.  I dislike geology (like attempted the class 3 times in college and hated every minute of it). I dropped it twice and finally took the course one summer.  It may have started because geology at A&M was in a huge auditorium with about 150 other students.  It was the college expereicence they warn you about, scary!!

And now we have proof that Cowboy is full of hot air, lol!!!!

A big BooBoo!

Daddy had a fender bender on the way to work one morning.  We are glad he is safe but our beloved truck is not. Kendalyn and I were behind him so we saw the whole thing.  That was a little scary.

I was so proud of my Cowboy. He fixed the entire truck himself.  That's a little unknown secret about him...he enjoys working on vehicles.  Who knew!

I'll have to take some pictures of our "new" truck. Beyond blesses that it was a repairable.

Getting Wedding Ready

In October. We had a wedding to attend. This was the first wedding Kendalyn was really able to be part of and remember.

Shopping was a blast!!!

The continuous rides were even better.

We finally found our outfits.

Enjoyed another ride!

And we were dressed to impress for the big day.  We all had a blast!

It's Football Time

In this house, we are super excited about Aggie football!!!  We love seeing Kendalyn just as excited too.

To prepare we painted our piggies for football season.  The pinky is Aggie maroon because I didn't have much piggy to work with, lol!

Every Friday has been deemed Football Friday at school.  And we strut our Aggie style.

It's an honor to share with my girl the Spirit of Aggieland.

Because around our house, we bleed maroon!!!

Happy Football Y'all!!!

A day in the life of a preschooler

Here are some snapshots of Kendalyn during her preschool day.  Although it has been tough to get some pictures of her because she always wants me to stay and not work. So cute!

My lunch date... I love those moments.

Science fun! She loves it!!

Working on her fine motor skills

Breakfast and computer time in the mornings is always a blast.

I love to be able to see my girl everyday and to see what she is learning makes this momma happy!
