Pumpkin Patch Pictures

Y'all can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving!!  Seems like I just posted pictures of our scary black cat  : )

Since this week will be full of exciting things and since we have been having alot of fun around here, I figured I'd post our Pumpkin Patch pictures from the weekend before Halloween (and a few others..).

One of our churches in town had a pumpkin patch.  They had food, games, and fun.  I thought it was really clever that they had picture areas and it was FREE!!!  Score!

Miss K loved seeing all of the pumpkins and was running around having a good time.

But once she found this super cute old blue truck, it was downhill from there.

I'll spare you the 50+ pictures of her climbing the truck and haybales as well as the pictures of me telling her that she was going to fall.  I'm sure dad got a big kick out of my facial expressions (cue open mouth pictures), ha!

We did get some great smiling pictures of her on the truck  : )

And when the camera turns and the baby is in the arms of her daddy...the silliness begins.

A Halloween Party

The Saturday before Halloween we went to a Pumpkin Carving Party.  We had tried so hard to get alot done that morning since K had been sick the week before that when it was time for the party...she was done. 

But she did look adorable as a scary, black cat!

Yes, she did sit for the make-up applying and to get her hair done.  She was a trooper and she is a complete girl because she loved it all!  It makes for a happy momma  : )

Happy Birthday Sweet Girl.  We cannot believe how beautiful, smart, funny, silly, energetic, and fun you are.  There is never a dull moment in our house with you.

You bring joy and happiness into our lives.  You put a smile on the faces of all that you meet. 

You are getting to be so smart.  You amaze us everyday with the things that you do and all the things that you know.  If I made a list of what you say these days I wouldn't have any readers  : )  Let's just say we are proud of the educational foundation that you are receiving at school.  It's amazing and it makes these parents proud.

You love to dance and sing.  Your teachers say you have some moves and boy do you ever!!  You are very talented.

Mommy and daddy love you so much.  You are the apple of our eye and the light of our lives.  We are grateful that God gave you to us.

We love you to the moon and back, sweet angel.
